Job Title:  Sales Clerk
Department:  Sales
Reports To:  Sales Manager
FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt
Salary:  $12.20 - $18.30
Location:  Arbuckle, CA 

Summary:  Provide sales and clerical support to Sales Manager; provide clerical support to Accounting Department as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Enter customer sales orders into system for processing.
  • Prepare all related sales order documents.
  • Process customer order invoicing.
  • Handle customer service calls responding to customer requests.
  • Provide back-up for receptionist.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  This job has no supervisory responsibilities. 

Education and/or Experience:  Some college or tech school or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
